"The whole nine yards" - We have developed patent pending solutions allowing for easy to demold parts and quick setup and cycle times. Make dozens to hundreds of parts per day with our molds. In the right hands these molds will last for hundreds or even thousands of cycles. Since we make sure you get the most value for your dollar with multi-part molds, just imagine your potential productivity.
What we offer:
Master generation and mold development - Your STL file will be 3D printed using a technology we expertly select. We have multiple industry partners. Non-disclosure agreements with these firms maintain your confidentiality. Your parts will never be sent to a production bureau, by us or our partners. If your part qualifies for an FDM master, we will generate the print in-house. You may request your prints to be bundled with the finished production molds that we will ship to you.
Of course, no 3D print is perfect once it leaves the printer, so we will finish your part before qualifying it as a master. A customized blend of chemical and abrasive finishing steps will be applied to your models as needed. No two jobs are the same but you can be assured of superior surface quality and accuracy of the finished castings - that's our number one priority.
"Just make my molds!" - Yes, you can send us your 3D prints! We can handle almost any geometry we find in our mailbox. We will gladly finish your prints, creating a store friendly master.
You will find that we will actually solve most of the warping issues that may occur with modern home made prints as we work out your mold tool.
As a 3d printer operator, please be aware that semi-filled FDM parts and shelled SLA parts are only a fraction as strong as the fully solid castings you'll be making with your new HuesOnCue mold.
